Here's a Walnut wood canister, measuring 1.5 inches in diameter by 4 inches tall. Once again, this was made from a piece of scrap wood I saved. I was able to keep the wood's grain contiguous from the body through the cap this time. I used a home-made chatter tool to add texture to the top of the cap, though it's not very visible in these photos. The finish is high speed wax.
