This canister is 3.25 inches high and 1.75 inches in diameter, made from Mahogany wood with a finish of high speed polish and Carnuba wax. I did a treatment on the top of the lid using a home made "chatter" tool, for texturing. That didn't come out very distinctly on this piece. Also the lid doesn't fit as snug as I like. Better luck next time. Still, not a bad attempt. Up 'til now it's been too cold to work out in my shop this winter. No heat in there.
